Tuition and Fees
Tuition for the 2009-10 academic year is $21,800 for the full-time day program and $735 per credit for the part-time day and evening/weekend programs. The Law School is committed to keeping the cost of a legal education as affordable as possible. Tuition rates and fees are subject to change without notice.
Students are also required to pay an annual Registration Fee of $150, Student Bar Association Fee of $75 and a Technology Fee of $150, due with fall registration.

Full Time Tuition (12-16 credit) $ 21,800.
Part Time Tuition – per credit $ 735.
Registration Fees (annual) $ 150.
Technology Fee (annual) $ 150.

Application Fee $ 50.
Seat Deposit (non refundable) $ 300.
Add/Drop (second & additional) $ 25.
Late Registration Fee $ 100.

Returned Check Fee $ 40.
Graduation Fee $ 175.

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts requires that students enrolled in institutions of higher education participate in a student health insurance program or have comparable coverage in another qualifying health benefits program.
Students who do not participate in the health insurance program offered by the Law School must file a written waiver of participation showing proof of comparable coverage. It is the student's responsibility to compare their health insurance benefits to the 'Elements of a Qualifying Student Health Insurance Program' from the Code of Massachusetts Regulations, 114.6 CMR 3.05.
